Do I stand a chance? SAT, help please?
I just got my SAT results. I did horribly
560 reading
520 math
510 writing
= 1590
I’m an international applicant.
- i got a 108/120 on the toefl ibt
- internship at a brokerage
- job as language tutor
- winter and christmas community campaign
- spanish club member
- math club member
- sewing clothes in a project for catholic organisation to supply underprivileged new mothers with help
- AP English
- AP German
- good recommendation letters from my teachers
- 5 internationally recognized language diplomas ( FCE,ZDP,Das Deutsche Sprachdiplom I,DELE I, DELE II)
i don’t know my GPA, since my school doesnt work with that
Anyone know some schools I could apply? I have no idea where I could get into… please please help. I’m lost and so so down
I suffer from Panic disorder/ agoraphobia (I’m in treatment for it)and have a hard time taking tests.Should I mention that in my application?

Remember, SAT scores aren’t the only thing universities look for. They also look for the level of difficulty of the courses you took, as well as your involvement in your school community. From what I’m seeing, you are highly involved in your school, and are taking two AP courses which is good.
Ok, I admit, your SAT scores could have been better, but I think you do have a change of being admitted into a US university; not the best one, like Harvard or Princeton, but maybe a university in the top 150 ranking such as UNLV or Arizona State.
You do know that you can take the SAT twice, and universities will look at the highest score achieved in each section.
